Not as hot as pepperberries and without the fruity notes it adds beautifully to breads, stuffing, batter, dusting powders and baste'. Best where a subtle & complex heat is required, not as overpowering as Native Pepperberries but still very unique and distinctive. They have a heat between pepper and chili but much more complex, almost sweet in both aroma and effect on the palate.
