Tasting Notes: This wonderful Seasoning is one that you will not be able to have Chicken, Fish or Chips without once you have owned a bottle. Just sprinkle over your food to taste or apply before baking, frying or roasting. The Lemon Myrtle adds its delicious lemon lime and citrus notes and the Native Pepperberries add a wonderful complexity and peppery burst without being too hot or overpowering. The Pepperberries also add small purple flecks to your food when they absorb moisture.

Natural History: See Lemon Myrtle & Native Pepperberry detail page. Lemon Myrtle is the worlds richest source of citral, the main oil in lemon grass, it is a coastal rainforest tree. Native Pepperberries are from Tasmania and are dark purple with a heat similar to medium chili.

Using Your Lemon Myrtle & Native Pepperberry Seasoning: Sprinkle over fish before baking, be generous in your application and you will adore the results, or add to batter or crumbs for seafood. Sprinkle over chips, chicken, turkey, pork or any white meat to taste, can also be used with Thai cooking, over salads or anywhere you would use a lemon pepper. Also get some fresh soy & linseed bread, moosh one side of a sandwich with avocado and thick slice tomato on the other side, sprinkle the tomato with our Lemon Myrtle & Pepperberry Seasoning and enjoy!
