Here at the Bushtuckershop.com we work hard to ensure speedy delivery wherever possible. Due to the extremely rare nature of our ingredients sometimes we may be temporarily out of stock of an item which could delay dispatch of your order. Certain times of the year such as Christmas (Nov-Dec) where we are under a lot of stress may slow down dispatch of orders but only by a day or two.

We are based in Sydney, Australia and have an effective national distribution network managed by our own staff and 6 different courier systems. Most web orders are dispatched within 2 days.

Express Post service is available on request please inform us if your delivery is urgent and we will do our best to get your order to you. Please ensure to email Elyce info@wildhibiscus.com to let her know your order is urgent.

Because we make our own products and trade in volume we have very low Flat Rates for Australia wide delivery regardless of the order weight or size. You are welcome to do all your Christmas shopping with us, spend $1000 and still only pay $8.80 delivery to anywhere in NSW! International Rates are a different story and these rates are shown in Aus Dollars based on the size (in $) of the order.

Anywhere in NSW: $8.80 (Don't forget if you spend $85+ you get 10% off the order total)

Australia wide outside NSW: $11.00  (Don't forget if you spend $85+ you get 10% off the order total -Excludes international orders)

Express Post: Upon application but typically only effective for orders less than 3kg in weight.

International:  Unfortunately with the bio-terrorism/customs issues these days it is becoming increasingly hard for us to justify the risk and cost in shipping our products overseas. We CANNOT ship ANY 50 or 100 flower jars of Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup (But can redirect you to our local online retailer in your country) or 1100g macadamia Nut Butter and may not be able to accept your order regardless of its size based on changes in the postal system which are occurring all the time.

Also we regret that we cannot provide the 10% discount for international orders over $85 as the freight usually costs more than what we charge below which erodes our margins on the order.

You are welcome to order online and if there is a problem or a change in customs which we think may cause a problem with the delivery we will be in contact with you immediately before charging to your credit card.
