1.5 oz Goslings Rum
.5 oz Grand Marnier
.5 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Hibiscus Syrup (www.wildhibiscus.com Wild hibiscus flowers in syrup)

.5 Dash Cayenne Pepper
.5 Dash of sea salt
In a mixing glass combine all ingredients. Fill with ice. Blend. Pour into hurricane glass.
The passion I have for sweet and savory is limitless. My discovery of hibiscus syrup has led me to try with all types of things. It doesn't work with everything and is a bit picky when trying to pair it with other flavors. The HI-Spice daiquiri is a fun version of combining the ingredients while giving it a chef feel of dashing in the various spices. Sweet and fresh up front with a little heat and umami on the end.
