Product Availability

Due to the extremely rare nature of some of our ingredients we may at times be temporarily out of stock of an item which could delay dispatch of your order.  You will be notified immediately to discuss your order and what you would like to do if this is the case - That is, if you would like to be refunded for the item, substitute it for something else or wait until it is available for your whole order to ship.

International

You are welcome to order with us online but there are a few important points to consider:

  • Unfortunately with the bio-terrorism/customs issues these days it is becoming increasingly difficult to ship our products overseas. We are unable to guarantee your delivery and there are certain products we CANNOT ship due to high risk of breakage.  These include products in the extra large catering size jars (for example, 50 flower jars of Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup or Catering size jars of Macadamia Nut Butter, Jams or Chutney, etc).  We may therefore not be able to accept your order (in part or full) regardless of its size.
  • To avoid high international shipping charges, we advise that international customers only shopping the Wild Hibiscus Flower Company range refer to more local suppliers (see our Contact Us page for international distributors).

If you are shopping The Bushtucker Shop range, you are welcome to order online and if there is a foreseeable problem with the delivery we will be in contact with you immediately before charging to your credit card.

Dispatch

We aim to deliver your order as prompt and efficient as possible.

Most web orders are dispatched same day and full tracking is provided through the Australia Post system to your email address or SMS.

Please ensure you enter your contact details and delivery address accurately.  If you have special requests or instructions for your delivery, please provide detailed notes at checkout.  We can not take responsibility for incorrect delivery details provided by you.

Shipping Rates

Australia

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight and location. Our websites are directly linked in to the Australia Post Calculator and we do not add any premium. You can also choose Express Post at checkout and this will be accurate.

International

At the moment our postage calculator with Australia Post works to NZ. For shipping to other countries please get in touch. We are unable to send any alcohol containing products to the US or Canada.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping within Australia - 2-7 days from date of dispatch (depending on your location).

Express post shipping within Australia - 1 - 4 days from dispatch (depending on your location).

Please note we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date and rely on the services of Australia Post.

International

Varies and we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.

Shipping Method

We use Australia Post service which has proven to be a reliable service overall.  Express post shipments are traceable.  Standard shipments however are not traceable. 

International

We use Australia Post service for international express shipping.
