Shipping & Delivery
Due to the extremely rare nature of some of our ingredients we may at times be temporarily out of stock of an item which could delay dispatch of your order. You will be notified immediately to discuss your order and what you would like to do if this is the case - That is, if you would like to be refunded for the item, substitute it for something else or wait until it is available for your whole order to ship.
You are welcome to order with us online but there are a few important points to consider:
- Unfortunately with the bio-terrorism/customs issues these days it is becoming increasingly difficult to ship our products overseas. We are unable to guarantee your delivery and there are certain products we CANNOT ship due to high risk of breakage. These include products in the extra large catering size jars (for example, 50 flower jars of Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup or Catering size jars of Macadamia Nut Butter, Jams or Chutney, etc). We may therefore not be able to accept your order (in part or full) regardless of its size.
- To avoid high international shipping charges, we advise that international customers only shopping the Wild Hibiscus Flower Company range refer to more local suppliers (see our Contact Us page for international distributors).
If you are shopping The Bushtucker Shop range, you are welcome to order online and if there is a foreseeable problem with the delivery we will be in contact with you immediately before charging to your credit card.

Please ensure you enter your contact details and delivery address accurately. If you have special requests or instructions for your delivery, please provide detailed notes at checkout. We can not take responsibility for incorrect delivery details provided by you.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight and location.
We are able to offer Flat Rates to most parts of Australia on Standard and Express Post Shipping. However if a delivery address (eg remote areas of Northern territory) or your order size is deemed beyond our normal shipping rates, we reserve the right to charge an at-cost freight rate to deliver your order. If this is the case you will be contacted immediately to confirm your order and shipping options.
International rates vary significantly. hipping rates must first be quoted based on your order for trackable shipping. Quotes are at-cost rates.
Your order will first be charged at checkout and we will follow up with a shipping quote and payment link to pay separately. Once shipping payment is received we will dispatch your order.
If you do not wish to proceed we will give you a refund for your order.

Express post shipping within Australia - 1 - 7 days from dispatch (depending on your location).
