Lemon Myrtle & Macadamia Shortbread 125g

Australian super buttery shortbread made in our bakehouse with lemon myrtle (Backhousia citriodora) grown on our Kurrajong Heights farm and rich macadamia nut butter.

Fragrant, citrusy and delicately buttery, it’s a classic shortbread with a distinctly Australian twist. Lemon myrtle is the hero of citrus aromas, often called ‘more lemony than lemon!’ A perfect little indulgence and fantastic for sharing.  

Choose plain (125g), or half-dipped in Belgian white chocolate (150g), whose creamy sweetness is a natural match for lemon myrtle’s bright citrus. These shortbread biscuits are to die for! Nothing else compares.
