Bush Tomato Relish

A super tasty sweeter style relish featuring the wonderful taste & aroma of the Bush Tomato. These gorgeous native tomatoes are hand harvested by Aboriginal people for us in the central deserts on their traditional lands the same way they have been for Milennia! This super tasty relish will be your new favourite.

Serve on crackers with hard cheese or use with meat pies or BBQ. It makes THE best burger relish you have ever had.

Only a small amount is needed because of the strength of flavour, try a small amount stirred through your ravioli with a sprinkling of Chevre goats cheese with some olive oil & fresh basil.

Delicious with BBQ meats and sausages, bacon & eggs. Scrumptious on burgers, sandwiches, cheese scones or as a side with omelettes. Use in a pizza or pasta sauce, great with any hard cheese.

Ingredients: Tomatoes, onions, brown vinegar, sugar, Bush Tomatoes, oven roasted capsicum, spices, salt.

Packaged in a glass jars.  

Store Up to 24 months as per best before date on bottle, best stored in refrigerator. Refrigerate once opened and; use within 4 weeks as no preservatives are used
